At the Deerfield Valley Sportsmen's Club, we believe that education for hunting, fishing and the outdoors should start in early age. We sponsor several events and programs just for youth. All are open to the public - come and join us!

Each spring, the Deerfield Valley Sportsmen’s Club hosts the “Kids Hooked on Fishing Derby” at Lake Clara on Vermont’s Free Fishing Day.

Youth compete in their age group for prizes awarded for largest, smallest and most fish caught.
